If it gives you a 20 yard pitch you must have been in the rough? If so then its not a glitch. You can use your putter from the rough (don't know why you'd want to..) and the putter scale changes to yards. See the picture below. You've got to really hit the "putt" super hard to get it thru the grass. I had to hit this 20 yd putt at 40yds power to get it near the cup.
