Hi to all in the world of WGT...

...Has anyone else noticed or fallen foul to the variouse surveys on offer?

During the last four days, I have spent on average 1hr per day completing the free surveys.  The credits onoffer amount to approx 600+credits, but as yet I have not received any of them.

Normally they come through within 1-5 minutes of completing the survey... but not this week.

Are there any issues we should be aware of that could be preventing the credits being applied?

I live in Australia and as far as i am aware, there are no restrictions like in other countries in regards to the abiltity to earn credits.

    Cheers, cm68.

There clearly seems to be a problem with the Opinion Survey. I haven't had a payout since Saturday March third. I've e-mailed TrialPay and have been told they are looking into the problem.

The rest of the surveys are paying out for me. Just not Opinion Survey.

    Thanks for your input Richard,

Wish I could say it was only the one survey option, but I regularly do all there is on offer, including the new survey section with its personalised options, and even they don't payout anymore.

Let's just hope all concerned can fix their bugs... I do enjoy the site and the game on offer...

Patience is the key I guess.

    Cheers.

I was taking a survey the other night for 150 credits, got 96 or 97% complete and they asked if I considered myself more liberal or conservative? When I replyed conservative, I was redirected to another companies sign up page wanting all my info including phone number. Then after all of that i never received my credits, but damn sure receiving their emails. 25 minutes taking their survey for nothing! They were not the first ones to boot me after more than half way through their surveys. I find that I complete less than 20% of the surveys I try to apply for. And that is after answering the same questions 10 times (age, zip code, race...). If WGT & trialpay  is going to continue to let these people get away with this, piss on their surveys, I've got better things to do with my time than give it away. They are already getting our time cheap, $1.50 for a 25 minute survey, that is less than half of min. wage here in the US. Time to make these companies pay up or ban them from running their surveys on here! Especially if they are going to boot you off because your political views don't match theirs! If they want to know where I stand on politics, that should be one of the qualification questions, not at the very end of their survey, after they have received all the answers they wanted. I'm done venting now, just sayin...

    Hi,

I have a problem with Opinion Surveys, none have paid out in the last few days. I have emailed trial pay and they awarded me 75 credits for one of the many done. When I queried the payout, pointing out that there were at least 4 - 6 surveys completed they stated the following:

'Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to manually credit survey offers that do not successfully track on their own. Therefore, we will be unable to credit you for this offer. You are welcome to return to our offer wall and complete another survey for credit.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.'

Why on earth should I bother going back and doing another when they are clearly not going to pay out the promised credits. As to not being able to pay out manually where did the 75 credits come from if not manually!

I would suggest a total boycott of Opinion Surveys until such times as they sort the problem out.

Grrrr, 4th survey in a row from Paid Survey/Toluna with no credits rewarded...damn! Latest one was made only some min ago :-( .

Better do not do more until it is fixed, feel like cheated, Paid Survey/Toluna get their money from the completed surveys anyways.

They only one that have payed credits is Samplcius, but is is almost impossible to make one.

    Get other sponsors/marketing co. WGT!

Completed about three of the 150 credit Opinion Surveys in the last week but not been paid on any of them.  I have e-mailed them, there is clearly a bug there.

I managed a rare 450 credit Ampario this morning which paid out fine.

Had the same message in January after I applied for and received a Discover Card with a 6500 credit offer. After 3 weeks of e-mails, I sent one more stating I was going to sent a copy of all e-mails replies to the BBB and file a complaint.

An hour later I received an e-mail from Trial Pay, saying they would make a 1 time exception and award the credits. I agreed and was awarded the credits in 5 minutes.

Keep pushing them, they will payout eventually.

I'm curently getting paid for about 2 out of every 3 surveys I complete. It should be 3 out of 3 but still is better than last month.

I have found trialpay to respond quickly and resolve the matter quickly for the times I have used support.

I haven't been able to do an opinion survey in awhile, but at least it just says no surveys available and doesn't make you go through qualifying or anything.

I had my fair share of those surveys that completed 90% or more and then said quota filled or some other excuse. I think we should still get paid a percentage of the credits for the amount of time spent on the surveys, afterall, you would think after completing 90% of a survey they would have known beforehand that the quota had been met or whatver the excuse is, already.
