I did one yesterday that paid out, thought great, problem solved.

Oh no, just done one an hour ago and nothing! I know they can take a while to be creditted, but past experience leads me to believe nothing will be paid. If it doesn't get paid that will be 1,50 credits owed.

1,050 credits is an awful lot, I am saving to upgrade my irons and those owed credits would allow me to purchase the upgrades, sadly, it looks like I'll have to get them elsewhere as Jack Sh*t is being done about this common and well documented rip-off!

Well I tired one after reading this and lo and behold we're in action again. I'll pretend those 6 surveys that didn't pay on orange juice, photocopiers and other exciting stuff never happened to me...

I have also had trouble with the 5 and 10 view videos having to watch them anything up to 5 times to get the award my view tab to go dark. Today my son seems to have hit on a method that works, worked for him and then I tried it and it worked. As you get towards the end of the video keep clicking the award tab as it seems to flash up for just a second and if you keep clicking it you get it. Cleared mine off for me.

Opinion surveys still seem to be working okay today but have not yet got any joy regarding the ones completed but not paid. I will keep pestering until they get fed up with me.

I have not had a survey pay off in about 2 weeks, have completed 4 for about 1000 credits and they are not even showing up on the support page where you can report it, this is not just one kind of survey but any from the " complete offers" page. The ones from Peanut Labs work fine if you can qualify.

Had to send a claim to Trialpay for Toluna.  Signed up and did a bunch of surveys, and now get e-mails from both Toluna and HTC, but no credits.

Toluna didn't send a confirmation e-mail after the "click to confirm" e-mail, but sent other e-mail after that, so I hope those are enough evidence.

Also had a couple of videos come up above the commercial carousel that offered 2 or 3 credits to view, got nothing.

And after being kicked from a couple of surveys under the Survey tab, got the rate your experience screen and the 5 credit consolation prize, but never got the credits.

Bye bye Toluna, and bye bye HTC Hub that I joined to make sure the survey I completed (among several long ones I attempted and little ones I completed) got credited, lol. -

    Dear TrialPay Customer,

Thank you for using TrialPay and for taking the time to email us.

After reviewing your customer log, it appears our system was unable to track the successful completion of the Toluna survey offer you attempted to complete to receive free credits.

Please note that in order to successfully complete this offer, you must first qualify and then complete the full survey before you will be credited. As customer eligibility is determined by the offer provider and not by TrialPay, we are unfortunately not able to credit you at this time. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for you. In order to avoid future tracking issues, please be sure to provide current and accurate information.

If you are still interested in receiving credits for free, you are welcome to select a different offer that suits your needs.

    Regards,

    Kelly

Just did a peanut survey. I clicked on Don't Know to every single question and got 175 credits. Love it.

I just attempted to do an Opinion Survey and got to the end where you put the captcha code in and was told, "thanks for your interest in this survey, unfortunately you do not qualify", 20 minutes later. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. I haven't been doing any TrialPay surveys lately either. This was the first one in about two weeks.
