As you all know, many times promotion are available by region or country only, and it depends on many different factors, most of which we do not control.

This promotion??? Just about EVERY promotion is for USA only or USA and Canada. For example, the latest item in the News section is to win a trip to Myrtle Beach... open to USA and Canada only. What about the rest of the world??? Name me one promotion that was done for somewhere other than America, and that Americans couldn't enter. I bet you can't. Does anyone in your marketing team actually contact anyone outside of the US?
Honestly, I don't want these balls as I wouldn't use them, but the point is this game is open to the WHOLE WORLD, not just the USA, so how about doing something for all those players not in the USA.
