“PLAY for CREDITS Country Club” was created for players who are able to schedule time on the week ends to play in credits tournaments, from the US and Eurpoe (we have an annual Ryder's Cup tournament).
Our “CREDITS TOURNAMENTS” are LIVEPLAY, meaning…. we all play at the same time from all around the world….you have your own personal tee time (we use a world clock)….and you are allowed handicap shots/holes/skins depending on your club rank and average. All to level the playing field and encourage participation!
Here at “PLAY FOR CREDITS COUNTRY CLUB”….....we actually play for credits each Sunday morning or afternoon. (ENTRY FEES ARE FREE!! no gambling allowed)....We can play in these tournaments free, because different players alternate acting as sponsor(s) with volunteer credits (either alone or with another player) I personally “HOST” each tournament. The winners can either request merchandise from the pro shop...OR...have the credits forfeited into his/her account.
If you CANNOT play on Sundays....please do not request an invitation...as members are required to be available to participate periodically....and support the tournaments with credits when he/she can do so. If these restrictions sound reasonable to you then go to the WGT Community link at the top of your profile and click on "Country Clubs"....type in Play for Credits Country Club....and request an invitation. Your must have and mantain an adverage of 77.00 to join.
"Play for credits Country Club" also host other PGA Major Events during the year (to conicide with actual events)....with green jackets, trophies and credits as purses. Below is our schedule for 2011-2012:
