Your website has an ad which states that if you apply for and get approved for a Citi credit card, you will get 4500 credits. I did apply, was approved, have my card, and have used it multiple times. In numerous conversations and emails with Citi, they still have not done whatever they have to do to get my credits awarded. I also contacted TrialPay and they say they cannot help me because they did not receive a notification from Citi within 45 days of my initiating the application. What the heck is going on? I was approved for the card on Jan 09, 2012. So, it's been 2 1/2 months and nothing. WGTIcon, or someone, can you help.
