Does anyone know how to get an timely response from the site admins?
I wrote them and have gotten a couple of letters saying someone will get back to me but they have not.
I do remember talking on the phone quite some time back with an agent who was super nice but I must have deleted the email with the number.
Anyway, any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks : )
