    Hi,

You can be in both. This is not a country club per say, so that rule does not apply to it.

Well said. I think people are misinterpreting what this WGT Nation is all about.  Countless times I have heard people state that they should make a tour or have more tournaments or add this or that feature.  From what I interpret this to be is that sometimes they will host special tournament for all that signed up. I'm hoping that they create a tour ranking system based on the special events etc... Of course we all don't know what awaits, but I'm excited for it. I have basically lost the drive to play this game with a new baby, but this offer has me intrigued to start up again.  Perhaps there will be a comment box, as to how to improve the game, and being in this "Club" we will test out the new features and give feedback.  If this offer is a failure and the special tournaments/prizes are lame, well it won't change anything on how we play now right now.  I'm optimistic that this will be a success. If this is a venue to improve the game, then I am all in.  With a little interaction between experienced players and game developers, the advancement of the game would go a long way.  Of course this is how I view this offer and I really don't see a down side to trying it out and leaving if it is not what I expected.

    Regards.

WGT Nation looks like a promising notion to generate and maintain interest among players at the higher levels. We are eager to see what WGT may develop under this new initiative.

Maybe sneak previews of upcoming courses or other features?

Maybe a precursor to a pay site?

Given the wording that is used in the invite, it would seem that WGT are focusing on offering more to the long-term players and those who've tiered up to the back-tees.

With the current model creating a presence of players sitting in tiers to exploit the shorter distances, this is a proactive step forward to push these players into tiering up. Whether it works remains to be seen and will largely be down to what's "extras" will be thrown at us.

I personally welcome any innovation in what they offer and hope to see something similar to what Mongo mentioned in regards to an official ranking classification using the tour / major events.
