Are the pro shop items that say something like PRO+ usable by someone ranked as 'Amateur'

Hi Alexis. Some clubs are restricted and can only be purchased or used by players at higher tier levels, so no, a Pro+ piece of equipment can't be used by an Amateur. You can learn more about Pro Shop equipment here.
