I've got a lot of sets of balls I never use. I would like to SELL and GIFT these to other players.
Why can only clubs be SOLD? (At derisory rates too.)
Or the option to donate the proceeds to charity.

YEP!!! WGT was kind enough to give out free balls but no way will they let it affect their profits nor should they. Best bet is just go out and have some fun loosing them. I am sure some players will be pissed and complain that they do not go into the water when you want them to.
I too think we should be allowed to gift unwanted clubs, balls, avatars, etc., remove irritating ads and decrease their cut from RGs.... Then WGT will go out of business and we can all go find something useful to do.
You can already sell clubs back for a rather poor return, so why not also ball sets you do not wish to use?

The risk of losing precious balls is too high IMO in CTTHs (except for OLY and BPB(?)).
I like the idea to use them unwanted balls there. Take profit from their spin, and if one gets stuck with a Starter it's only a few shots from the end.
I really do wish they'd let people gift balls, clubs, avatars etc that they haven't used or have outgrown. If you bought a new driver and don't need the old one, why not give it to someone like me with all starter clubs still :/ it sucks x_x

So WGT loses money and introduces green fees or increases the price of balls or clubs. Then you'd be happy?
