Not Receiving credits?

    TrialPay:

    Important: Most offers are typically confirmed within 30 minutes but may take up to 1 business day. Please wait until the required time has passed before contacting us.

    If you still aren't receiving credits, either from free offers or surveys, then please contact Trialpay Support.

    Easiest way to do this is...

    1. Under the "Get Credits" tab, Click Free Offers
    2. On the top, right side of the offers section there will be an area that says "Didn't receive credits? Click "Support""
    3. Directly under that there will be a link that says "SUPPORT"
    4. Click "Support"
    5. On the list that comes up, find the offer you did not receive credits for, and click the button that says "Contact Support"
    6. On the form that comes up, Check the box that says "Yes, I have met all the requirements above. "
    7. Be sure to add "Proof of completion" This would be a confirmation email, or something of the sort
    8. This will send an email to TrialPay, and they "Should" get back to you within 48 hours
    9. Be sure to check your spam folder!
    10. If TrialPay support does NOT contact you, then contact WGT Support
