  once again i have been ripped off playing cabo ditched my temp files before attempting to play ,once again error 3023 cant get off tee box now i really pissed of please help

  i am not sure what that error is, if you can email us, when engineers are back from the break, we may be able to check on that error message for you.

  i have now been waiting 3 weeks for a positive response from your good selves the break is over ,i am now relly chucked off to be polite please resolve this at your earliest oppertunity many hopefull thanks maddog46

  Thats a shame maddog but not surprising. With the exception of Icon posting a few posts to appease disgruntle members, WGT has completely lost touch with its member base. From the way things have been going, I dont think they care anyway.

  i would have to agree as long as they can take your money and screw you over and get away with it why should they care,they get richer we get screwed i know its only a few credits it is the principle ,IF ONLY THERE WAS ANOTHER GAME i would drop this like a bad habit

  WGT will definitely fix the problem if there is one. Just make sure you have done everything correctly. I would first make sure my credits were used. It will not be a difficult issue to fix. At least you do not have to go through UPS and pray that your neighbor is not breaking them in  in his back yard. lol. But seriously, WGT will definitely fix the problem, IF there is one.

  It may take a while but they will definitely fix the problem. I do know that if WGT is in the wrong, they will try and make up for it. Even when they are not wrong and the customer screws up, they still go out of their way to satisfy.
