Could somebody please tell me when these start and can anybody enter. Everytime I go into it there is "no tournaments available at this stage"message. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Once a year when WGT release the newest USGA course, next one will be in April featuring the new Olympic Club course.
There will be a unlimited play qualifier (April sometime), and who ever make the cut get to play in the virtual US Open.
