You can only do CTP or Blitz on Pebble, Celtic, Bali, PH # 8, Wolfcreek, Edgewood, etc...will these ever open up for stroke play?

I don't think Pebble Beach is available for CTP yet.

WGT only knows, but my guess is "no" or "not in the near future". They will open the Olympic soon and we'll have to wait for further announcements.
