If I identify a quitter and put a block on him/her, will that prevent them from joining a random multi-player game that I have intitiated? True wish, even block them from one I've joined?

Then you should make it so.

We could then send these miscreants to the oblivion they deserve.

What is the point of block then?  Just so they cant post on your wall or specifically invite you?   If we could block quitters forever, they would disappear in a few weeks... But that isnt what WGT wants is it, they could care less how many quitters there are, as long as they keep buying balls...
