Just a general suggestion that I believe everyone would benefit from and enjoy is a return to game option after a disconnection from a stroke play game.
It works great for match play, so why not implement it for stroke play rounds as well?
Put up another 5min return clock after someone is disconnected from a stoke play and give that poor soul the ability to rejoin.
This may also reduce some of the "quitter" threads when people are accidentally disconnected, which would benefit us all.
