    hi

i have to warn all in the UK, that there is something fishy going on with that shower at supersonic ads..43 credits my old son  they have fiddled me out of 6000 credits..

when one makes an appeal one is required to complete what is called a ticket, with conclusive proof of your sign up , and meet the qualifying criteria...

then that lot are supposed to forward your appeal ticket to the vendor whom one signed up with, and they can either uphold or reject the ticket..in my case 4 reject tickets, when i knew that i had furnished them with  concrete proof of my entitlement to these credits..

i then contacted the vendors directly, and they have informed me that they never rejected any such thing, because they never received them from  SUPERSONIC ADS and i have concrete proof of that..

all the involved companies have started investigating this racket, and i have passed all the relevant information to the Scottish Trading Standards internet fraud dept.for further enquiries into this sham...

I even contacted Trial Pay in order to show the proofs i had sent in support of my claim, just for a second opinion, and they kindly agreed to have a look at them their staff were stunned that  any of my claims were rejected...

I must point out that since i joined the game in 2012 i have earned  close to and spent close to  50,000 credits, using only Trial Pay and i have had  ZERO  problems with them  none whatsoever none at all.,. I advise you folk in Britain to complete any  credit earning deals with them..i made 2 appeals way back in 2012 and they took less than 30 mins after i sent them proof of my sign up.

they picked on the wrong person this time, because i  will not let this go..it is not the credits or money but the principle, they are informing me that the companies involved are essentially calling me a liar.. everyone should follow these steps prior to and after sign up.

1] take a screenshot of the offer...2} take a screenshot of the sign up form with accurate dates and times]
3] take a screenshot of the welcome email
4] take a screenshot of your first deposit. any transactions
5] take a screen shot of  any account activity that confirms you have met all the  qualifying criteria..
the reason for this email was that perhaps it is time for the vendors on the WGT t  site to get ahead of the game   the above advice, and inform customers, before they enter into any deals with SUPERSONICADS .
.perhaps its time WGT stood up for its members instead of passing the buck, as in the end its their equipment we have to purchase, whats the point in appealing to the people whom are causing the hassle to start with ...i have definitive proof for all the above mentioned FACTS as do other relevant authorities..
..the VENDORS  in this instance are NOT AT FAULT  WHATSOEVER and have no culpability in this whole shabby affair in fact they are all investigating these matters further, and  they have informed me by email and text  and have offered refunds., because their good names  are being dragged down by  that mob at Supersonic ads...
by the way golfing buddies, what s...ads did not know  i recently retired from my career at the SCOTTISH TRADING STANDARDS.office
now that you are aware of  this   Jim COX  i cant get you a refund, on your Ferrari old friend  you bought it as seen.., you have to replace the battery yourself?
stays safe and well putters and drivers.... jimmy the scot
ps i am available folks if you need a wee bit of advice on these matters i am more than willing to assist if i can ...i have lots of spare time..... contact:   sarebaws@talktalk.net

I've had my fair share of battles with Supersonic Ads.  Recently I gained around 7000c for completing one of their offers.  It took 3 weeks of nagging for them to cough up the credits only for them to take them back a few days later(I should have spent them).

It then took another month to get the credits back.  Probably had something to do with me giving up on their lack of email response, ringing them up and giving some poor bloke an earful.

Im also having problems getting 6000 out of them for the titan bet credits. Ive sent them 7 tickets so far and still not heard a single thing from them. Its now been over 2 months and haven't got a clue where to try next. These guys are conmen and WGT shouldn't allow these to continue trading on this site.

Any help or pointers on what i can next would be much appreciated

I have a problem with getting survey credits, every time I have to send in a ticket. On the other hand, the special offers are 50/50, sometimes they show up without me having to do anything. As suggested above, complain to whatever agency handles fraudulent or misleading business practices in your part of the world. And if  WGT was paying any sort of attention, they'd do something about this before they get dragged into a big mess even though they aren't legally responsible for 3rd party disputes. It doesn't sit well when the companies you chose to do business with keep shafting your client base.

Ditto here. Completed survey worth 108 credits yesterday but still not been rewarded.. With increased advertising on the site we should at least expect WGT to respect their commitments. Willie Wick.

...of the company providing the survey or the videos or whatever.
WGT will say, "Not our business!"

But it is their business. WGT has entered into some sort of business agreement, and made the result available to WGT customers.
