What seems to be the problem with getting things fixed  in WGT. Yestereday I paid the fee for Los Cabos set up to tee off and right away there's a problem. Sorry, error..See so and so. Well, I did as directed, complained about the fee and could not play and guess what?  Yeh you gussed it, no response! Well is that unusual? Not at all. Seems W.G.T. don't give a damn about their players, only the money they spend. Now this morning I'm unable to play period. The screen gets to 100% and stops, ....all morning. What is wrong with W.G.T. that they can't solve a simple problem such as dedicated bandwidth?

    Fix the problem...

It's a Firefox problem. Clear all your cache. etc.

If that doesn't work, use Chrome or Comodo Dragon.

They could give the same response about you and your PC.

    hi

to be fair, you only emailed us that day. sometimes when we get too many emails it maybe a bit longer before we can reply.

also, sometimes maybe helpful to read forums since if an issue occurs, it maybe have happened to someone else and in this case the 100% freeze has been covered this week in at least 5-10 different threads.

to answer your question, it involves clearing cookies/temp files for both browser and flash as well as disabling pop-up blockers.
