Old news I know, but I haven't been able to access play since 4/5/12. I've disabled ad-blockers, etc. and have not had any success getting in. What am I doing wrong?

try clearing cookies/temp files for flash and browser. if that doesn't work, try another browser and see if that helps.

For some reason Firefox threw in the towel and Chrome was the joy.
I had problems with Firefox version 11, non beta. I switched back to Firefox version 10.0.2. All is good again.
