contact wgt

    I have played continiously over 225 days straight, it now says 3rd day yet all my logs show i have not missed a day, i want my days back. how do i contact wgt for a fix?   .......yoch

    hi

    we have no tools to get back your days. also, you can play every day and still miss it because of how timing works.

    we work via UTC, so 6 month of the year it resets at 5pm pst and other 6 month at 4pm pst, so it's possible to miss it.

    Even the time frame would not fit, that you mentioned.  I have been playing for the last 5 days from 9am off and on during the day till 9 pm PST so why did it dump my days, I worked hard to get my points up per game and at master  to....that really hurts, not real happy,  have put up with all WGT does and no complaints but this stinks if you don't mind my sayin

    No, they do not have a way to reset your timer.  I had the same thing happen to me.  What I did was I e-mailed them at members@worldgolftour.com, let them know that their system had denied me exp. that I should have gotten (and the timer is no excuse... if you played on a day, you should get credit, period.  Not the players fault WGT can't figure out when a day starts and ends).  I sent them a screen shot showing games played on every date.  Since they had no way to reset the consec. day timer and repay me the credits their mistake had cost me, what they did for me was to give me a week of one of the top end Exp Boost power ups.  Basically it covered me until I had my full bonus back, and the boost helped make up for the exp I had lost.

    I understand. When I got to 500 days I specifically stopped for a day because the higher # it went the more paranoid I would have been to keep[ it up.

     

    Unfortunately, it's a timer and it always tells you when the next day comes, so I am not sure what can be done since if timer had issues, then it would affect everyone

    Then maybe you need to upgrade your system.  I am positive I played on the 04/16/12 before the day expired but I was reset to zero.  I had worked hard to maintain my consecutive days.

    I keep getting ripped off for credits owed to me from surveys. I reported one to WGT 2 weeks ago and never heard from you guys. I should have gotten 120 credits today I got to the end and then it didnt give me a single credit. I spend my money here and I am really starting to rethink ever spending money with this site again. It "conveniently" already had the 50 dollar box checked when I was trying to do 20 dollars with my credit card. It's funny how WGT sets it up to get people to pay 50 dollars. I would like a reply please.

    unfortunately the same thing happened to me. all i can say is don't sweat it. start a new streak !! just keep playing and have fun !!

    i was playing a challenge match 9 rd today for 300 crds...was up 3 with 3 to play and at 7:25pm i was disc......wgt wouldnt let me log back on...every site was coming up except wgt.....several players who were playing other matches were also disc and couldnt get back on....replace my 300 credits plus the 300 i had in the bank because winning the challenge match was gonna be a no brainer
