Several tries and the best I've averaged on Olympic 6th is 6.37 feet. I was tickled with that.

It's a total luck shot. You HAVE to get rough love (thanks to Rendogg for that saying)

Doubt I ever get inside this one.

Even with full backspin, headwind, landed before the hole and it rolled 24 feet... that's what u see in the scorecard. Every time I used a bit less, I got stuck in the rough..

There were similar shots at the Masters that played the same way. The key is to use the rough to slow the shot down. This was a 50% full swing CG64, full bs, Callaway (s) ball.

Well Jim, Whenever my ball hit the rough, there it stopped, and not because it did far from the fringe, I mean like a foot or less from fringe.

    Ffudd:

Yes I managed 2 aces in that 37.37 but CTTH aces don't show up in your Activity.

As Genorb says, that score is unlikely to stay on top for long with a $500 carrot, probably going to see some 20's before it's over.

Hihihihihihi...you took the wind out of my ambition :-))

I'm with you SOYEL1. Well almost. As of now, the closest I have gotten on that damn hole is 10.51ft. I CONSISTENTLY get anywhere from 10ft-11ft. Normally I would take my 11ft and be happy with it. But I KNOW there is a way to stop that ball either in the cup or at least a few feet away. But YJ, I have done what you showed in your picture above. And just like SOYEL1, it sticks in the rough. And I wasn't deep into the rough either. Meaning I was on the edge very close to the green. I was thinking maybe using a different kind of spin, but with how severe the break is and the speed of the green, I can't see using anything but full back spin. I don't know. I'll try to figure this out. But for now, it looks like a sure 11ft nearly every time. But thanks for the tip anyways YJ. (Go Phillies!!.......i know, there offense is joke...lol)

If you notice how the ball hops you get an idea of how close to the edge the ball has to land. It lands in the rough but the next bounce is on the fringe before the roll starts.

With these green speeds, save your shots trying to stick it. Find the route to the hole and pound it out until you figure it out. It took me 3 tries to find the spot as the 1st two did stick in the rough.
