how bout making it so team members can chat to each other without the other team seeing it.......in multiplayer

You can make a free instant chat box with Chatzy. Then you send your team the URL and they join the chat room in private. Yancy and I are using Chatzy.

Ten years ago EA Sports had just that,you could private chat during play.That and team chat would be nice and the others mention are voice/video which are also good choices for CClubs.
