just like a practice putting green a place to practice these shots would be awesome since these shots are very rarely used a place to get used to them would be great. I know when I try to use these shots i have absolutely no clue to how its going to react.

    Hi Willy,

Improved practice areas is on our list of improvements.  For now I recommend playing a practice round since your stats and scores do not count.  You get 10 or 11 shots per hole, so you can try a few different shots before having to move on to the next hole.  This way you get practice on all the real greens on the course instead of just one generic practice green.

    Thanks for the suggestion. =)

    Niv,

As mentioned in previous posts, please be very careful and put a lot of thought into how you handle a practice mode.(i realize this is probably not solely your  decision)  I believe mulligans would be a big mistake.  A simple driving range and generic green would suffice. Just nothing to allow repetitive practice on playable holes.

I am down for a full practice facility.  Give me a large range, with other players on it, practice putting green, with other players on it, and some bunkers and practice chipping areas.  No use of your own balls on the range, you have to buy range balls (could be any ball in the pro-shop at a reduced fee), and you can rent clubs as well.

Take it a step further, give me a bar and lounge.

Niv,  What about an option to use unlimited shots in single player practice mode?

Are you crazy?!  If you could take mulligans in practice mode, some of these guys would have the course and their shots mapped out more than they already do.

We will be creating and expanding practice facilities later on Tres, but I'm pretty certain it won't be in the manner you've described there.  It will most likely be a driving range.
