    Can anyone help please? I am from the UK and  I have just joined and played 27 practice holes only.  I have gone to play a free tournament, entered my birth date etc., and the message said i am NOT ELIGIBLE TO PLAY.  Why is this?? there is no explanation. Please help somebody. Thank you

    The specific tourney may not allow Hacks in, level up to AM (should not take long) and try again.
