See now Sabbie, that's where you're going wrong. Conference calls. You really need to download one of my staff memos to distribute to your workforce and prospective clients which explains in clear language why sometimes you will not be available to take those calls, and advises the callers to try again when you are not so busy with Wgt. Like so many others, I do sincerely believe that too many customers and/or senior staff, take too many liberties with the important things in life.
Also, by completing surveys and watching videos, you can make a modest amount which can keep you in balls for free, except perhaps for the unforeseen and regrettable incidents noted in the OP. You still might need those memos though... :-)
