  Ok on 4/18/12 I logged in to play and when I got to the green my putter had a putter pal on it . I don't appreciate you manipulating my equipment without my permission. All those lines and numbers on my putter is confusing. I already know the strength of my putter,and the distance, what gets me is if you can do that then I know you've manipulated other stuff I've bought from you. You've told off on yourself this time wgt. If you want to improve on this game stop the quitter's bump the quitter's back to the next tier, and get those dots off the green, put waves instead. There are a lot of ways to improve this game but all you care about is stealing peoples money . I got everything I need to play a good game if you'll take off your gimmick's on my equipment . Seems to me if I don't know the strength of my putter , then I don't know the strength of my clubs either, how come it's not on the clubs? Putter Pal is good for Hacks and Amature's. Please don't mess with my equipment any more.

  Whoa! You can simply "turn it off" in the drop down menu in the game client. It is a very nice gesture on WGT's part. Man!

  It's quite funny, I never liked putterpal at all, but after playing a few rounds with it, getting used to it, I'm kinda liking it. 

  Thanks WGT, for finding yet another way of getting credits out of me. :-)

  Kidding aside, as overtheedge said, don't complain, you got it for free and if you don't like it, just switch it off.

  been trying to DESPERATELY turn off that useless putting meter , u said to use game client but i don't have that option anywhere , where did u get it from ???

  I do not have an option to turn off the putter pal.I sure do not want it, It is is confusing.

   How do i remove it?

  Have also been looking for the game client to switch off the putter pal. Nice gesture from WGT but would rather go back to what i had.

  My game settings aren't showing a way to turn the damn thing off.

  YES I AM SCREAMING !!! HOW IN THE HECK DO YOU 'TURN OFF'...'GET RID OF' THAT PUTTER PAL YOU GUYS (WGT) GAVE ME WITHOUT MY PERMISSION!! WHICH IN MY ESTIMATION/GUESSIMATION IS GONNA RUIN A DECENT GOLF GAME!!! BECAUSE ALTHOUGH THIS IS A GAME...IT IS WGT (WORLD 'GOLF' TOUR) AND I DON'T SEE ANYONE IN REAL LIFE ON ANY GOLF COURSE INCLUDING MINATURE GOLF PULLING OUT NO SLIDE RULER(S) TO HELP WITH THEIR PUTTING...IT IS FINE FOR USING IF YOU HAD A PRACTICE PUTTING GREEN TO AID A PERSON IN PRACTICE...BUT C'MON...IN A REAL ROUND OF GOLF WE SHOULD NOT BE GIVEN ANYTHING THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE ON A REAL GOLF COURSE !!! PERIOD !!! Now I will say this without any practice and my first game of the day I did shoot a 31...had 5 birds...but even with that I (for one) am still against such an aid as this...as to me it destroys the integrity of the game...and in a match play round to allow one player to have some kind of tool (other than the ability to read the greens with their own eyesight and mind) that would be a possible advantage over another player who doesn't use one is also simply not fair and very unsportsmanlike!!! Please get rid of it...let players make up their own putter pals if THEY want to use one!!! Please remove it and don't destroy the integrity of the game of golf !!!   I WANT MINE REMOVED!!!
