False advertising?

  Hello dear WGT!

  I am addicted to your game, and I spend a lot of money (mostly buying balls who go soon in the water!!!lol)... So, when I see an advertising  saying "buy 10$ or more and get a pack of 3 Callaway balls", I buy as soon 10$! I did it a few minutes ago by clicking on the advertising... But I didn't receive my balls...

  Can you investigate? 

  I am sure it is a mistake, because it's the first time I am deceived...

  The terms and conditions state the offer only lasts untill the 15th of april Bonalyau.

  So if you bought them a few minutes before you posted this as you say then the offer would have expired 4 days ago and that is why you didn't get them.

  Hello! 

  Thank you for helping me!

  I know the offer you mention, I used it 3 times!! lol

  But playing a tournament, some minutes ago, in the presentation of my scorecard between two holes, appeared a window with this advertising, the first time, i thought "WGT let old advertising from last week...", but some holes later, the same advertising appeared again, I read it, and absolutely no dates was mentionned, so I click on the advertising, and the buying menu was displayed (usually they display another window with the full advertising...), so I bought, very confident, because never WGT deceived me until now, but I never had my Callaway balls...

  It's not very important, but I don't like to be cheated... And I think WGT have no interest to use such a practice...

  It sounds to me that they forgot to take down the old advert which is kinda decieving to some people in my opinion.

  When I look at the leaderboard of one of my CC tournaments, it appears in the bottom of the leaderboard saying "buy 10$... Get ready for the US Open" and absolutely no dates !

  So I think it's a mistake from WGT...

  I've seen this advert too and you are correct it does not stipulate any dates. By stating get ready for the virtual US Open it implies (imo) that it is a current offer.

  If it is a mistake then WGT should honor the offer and you should get your free balls.

  WGT should give the balls. It is their mistake, and not the first time that they have made this mistake either

  Got this notice too.

  I think is a rebound of the previous offer but maybe is a good chance to make another promo for basic Callaway.
