Time frame on submitted help requests?

    Just wondering what the current time frame is on help requests being answered by the customer serivce team.

    I submitted one around a week ago and still no response.

    If they are really busy then i guess that can't be helped but i thought the escalated customer service the nation members were told they would get would mean faster responses.

    Mabye i'm wrong and it means otherwise.

    What did you need help with?

    I bought the wrong degree wedge, emailed them right after I purchased and they corrected it in about 4 hours.

    A kinda similar issue.

    Was this recently you had the problem or ages ago?

    They may be a lot busier now that they were when you contacted them.

    Emailed them about 15 mins ago incase the help request system is bugged.

    Hi

    from a quick look, it seems we have replied to your emails on 14th and 16th and got the email you sent today, so they will get to it asap.

    They are going in order, so it maybe a bit:)

    I check my e-mail account that i have associated with this account twice daily and i have not got anything from you guys. Nothing in junk folder either just incase it went there.

    So if those could be resent or whatever that would be cool.
