  My case number:00134905

  refrence number:00DA0YUqj.500G09R36R:ref

  The top half of my profile window is opening and the lower part is not showing.When i want to buy something from the proshop it shows the item but not the buy option to select. It is not a error on my pc system for i never had this problem before.

  I wil appreciate if you can help me solve this issue!

  hi

  can you please clear cookies and temp files for both browser and flash and then see if that helps.

  you could also try another browser as well and see if it makes any difference.
