when in doubt about which clubs to buy...i look at the players with the lowest averages and see what THEY choose to buy. that's where i typically see the R11 woods/drivers.
I made the thread to more or less show the vast difference between my old Ping and the new R11 3W. again, i figured "meh, 5 yard difference, no biggie" but the ability to get the ball HIGH and stop it on the green makes a world of difference...particularly when you're on reachable par 5's and are looking for a scoring club. Ping...MIGHT get to the green, and if it does it MIGHT stop. R11, better chance of getting to the green, and if you gauge the distance right, you can stick it.
