Who cares??? Just a game to pass time.
Apparently some care a great deal. Not me, I just hit the ball with what feels like the right power and allow more break than I think I need. It works most of the time too, be it putting, long approaches or the short game.
The weird thing, Gold being an exception here though, is that mostly the people coming up with ridiculously complex and fun ruining formulae can't actually play well at all.
Perhaps if they used the time spent over complicating the game to actually play it instead they would improve.......
