Now through 7/17, head to the Pro Shop to test out a few club upgrades as you follow all the action. As an added bonus, you can purchase any clubs you’ve rented at a discount after the rental expires. There’s no limit on how many clubs you can rent, so be sure to take advantage before time runs out!

If you’re new to Showdowns, here’s what you should know…

Qualifying Round

• The qualifying round lasts three days, each day is a new chance to qualify for the elimination round

• During the qualifying round, the top 50% of the leaderboard advance to the elimination round

• Players that qualify on day 1 (top 50%) do not need to compete in days 2 or 3 of the qualifying round

• Players that do not qualify on day 1 can still compete on days 2 or 3 to advance

Elimination Round

• The elimination round lasts two days, with players having only one chance to advance to the final round

• The top 50% of the leaderboard qualifies for the final round

Final Round

• The final round lasts two days

• All players that make it to the final round will win prizes, and higher ranks win bigger prizes!

Other Things to Know

• Scoring is based on total strokes, meaning the fewer shots you take to complete your matches, the higher you will rank on the leaderboard

• Any incomplete or forfeited holes will be scored as bogeys

If you’re new to CC Events, there are a few things you should know:

• CC Events allow WGT Country Clubs to compete against each other for bragging rights and special in-game rewards.

• The club that earns the most total points from their Clashes wins.

• When your club enters the event, you’ll be matched with a club of a similar skill level and a timer will keep track of how much play is left in that Clash.

• Club members from both sides can play as many rounds as they’d like during that time using Club Passes and Superpasses to earn points.

• WGT Country Clubs can use Course Builder currency to create custom courses to play in country club tournaments.

Each event is made up of Club Clashes that last for 4 hours so be sure to keep playing and keep your eyes on the leaderboard.

Summer is officially here, meaning golf season is in full swing! Test your accuracy on the course by playing in a brand new Winner's Circle event today. 

To play, land your ball in one of the colored rings surrounding the cup by taking one shot from the fairway of the 1st hole at Olympic Club. To maximize competition, all players will be using special Winner's Circle clubs.

If you land your ball in one of the rings or in the hole you’ll win prize chests, which include items like apparel packs, sleeves of golf balls and more. Each prize chest is coordinated to match a ring of the same color on the green. 

A few things to know:

• All players will use the same exclusive Winner’s Circle-branded club set

• The hole, pin placement, green speed and wind rating will not change from one shot to the next, however you may see slight wind direction and wind speed changes

• If the timer expires before you take your shot, that shot will be lost

• Winner's Circle is a limited-time event, so any remaining shots will stay in your inventory and can be used in future events (*excludes free shots that are only available during that event)

We’re excited to announce that PGA National is now available to play on WGT!

Get a sneak peek of this world-famous course known for its iconic water features and the notorious “Bear Trap” by playing in the 9-hole CTTH tournament today! 

This early look is open to anyone in a country club, so if you’re not already in a club, we suggest joining one here. For everyone else, stay tuned to receive access to the 9-hole CTTH course next week. The full 18-hole Stroke Play course will be available in the coming weeks.
