  OK, thanks to good ol Andy we're going to give this a try....

  The images were sized to 800 x 600. 2 ways to get the layouts. Use the snipping tool in Windows Vista or Print Screen to your clipboard and print from there. 

  SA's coming, I forgot to get the hole markers.  :-(

  Lots of work there Jim, nice job.  I hope people make good use of it.

  I gotta say I half expected the Yankees logo on each page tho.....
