IMPROVE/Streamline "Country Club Invitations"

  WGT...

  Suggestion....

  Can "Country Club Invitations" show up with all the other "Invites" behind the "Friends" List?  GAME Invites and FRIEND Invites show up here.  How come Country Club Invites are going through the cumbersome process of an EMAIL to the "Account Registered with WGT"?

  HERE IS WHAT SEEMS TO BE HAPPENING..... WGT generates ALOT of email.  "You entered this" "Forum post that" "You won 2 credits in this CTTH" etc etc.

  I THINK COUNTRY CLUB INVITES ARE GETTING LOST IN THE DELUGE as alot of people (myself included) send most/much of the WGT Mail to a separate folder and rarely look at it - OR just tend to quickly summarize/gloss over it.

  In short - people who I have invited are not responding and when I contact them individually, they are often NOT EVEN AWARE THEY HAD A Country Club Invite!

  ALSO - CC Invites sit as "Pending" with really no way (that I have seen) to know if the person actually chose to DECLINE the invite.  As I have described above, many of these just sit in a strange limbo where I THINK a person has been invited and they DO NOT KNOW they have been invited.

  Can WGT improve how this is handled?

  agree 100%

  it would be better if the invite flashed up just like game and friend invites. cut the whole email thing out.

  i've sent invites out and then chased the invited members up who then say they have not received any emails regarding club invite. i'm wasting a great deal of time. please WGT streamline the procedure.

  could all the people who request membership been shown below those who are already members and that only the club owner can see those who have requested membership. this would help when WGT expand membership as a ready made list would be available to club owners

  is it possible WGT if i forward the names of people who are having problems you could install them as members of my CC.

  Thank you guys for sharing your concerns and we do hear you on this matter.  We will take a look at simplifying and improving the invitations process.

  Unfortunately, no.  The only way a player can join your club is to accept the invite in their email.  The player himself (or herself) has the final say in whether or not they join the club and they must click the confirmation link in the email to do so.  Even we cannot force the issue there. =(

  if they are not receiving the email how on earth are they going to click on a link they don't get.
