  Why are you penalised when the program fails to load properly and you have no option but to back out?

  hi

  there is no way for us to determine whether something disconnected on purpose or by mistake or by any other means.

  it's all or nothing, so we are trying this out to see how it can work.

  Seriously? That's the BS cop-out you're going to use to take no responsibility for creating a piece of crappy code?  

  How about this:  If WGT can show a screen on my gameclient that says "We're sorry but there is an error with the game, please close this window and try again...", then they can damn well figure out that they just hosed my game and not to count it as a willful disconnect.

  It's trivial, though, to penalize only the disconnected person, not all involved.  The software manager needs to get someone working on that.

  hell yes, the squeeky wheel gets the grease... just close out and resume??? what happens when u get a WGT ad and can't??????????? 

  lot more things that need fixing, rather than have this nonsense % ratio.....

   

   

   

  but no grease around this site, all they want is ur money, bottom line......... we mean nothing to WGT
