what it is is basically an avatar customizing interface,
it can cost per avatar, say 100 c for every avatar made using it,
can have a 1,5,10,20 avatars packs.
basically you can choose the male/female, and add accessories
such as caps, sweater vests, etc... you can select pre-designed patterns,
or use solid colors, or upload PNG files and design your own shirt,cap,pants,skirt etc..
the big change will be, that CC could finally design their own uniforms,
for when you play CC vs CC, or just for fun.
I guaranty you this WILL be a best seller, and will make you a lot of money
so please have your programmers get on this, we're tired of having the same 10 outfits.
