It would be nice to have a driving range/practice green area to practice shots WITHOUT affecting our scoring averages or ball life.

Todd, you're asking for something that's been the #1 asked for item for over 4 years. It sat and sat as #1 on WGT's own list for years. They're not going to do it.

Make your own driving range out of St. Andrews #9 and St. Andrews #18. Both fairways are extremely wide with no water and they are very flat. Go through the "WGT Community" link at the top of the page, go to the course, select the hole you want and use the mulligan feature to tee off to your heart's content.

Using the mulligan feature you can also turn any green into a practice green, too.

Yes, the mulligan feature costs strokes on the ball but a driving range bucket would cost and the balls in that bucket may not be the ones you normally play.

If you don't want to pay for the feature then just use the starter balls.

I think that when folks ask for a driving range and putting green, what they REALLY want is an option to repeat shots in practice using the SAME CLUB and WIND and BLUE TRIANGLE placement without having to go through the whole shot setup routine over and over again.

I really don't care about it.  If I want to practice my dinger finger, I just do some 'Base Jumping"
