Extra credit videos not paying

  The extra credit videos below the carousel have not paid this morning. Three times I have completed and gotten the " you've earned a reward " but the totals don't update. The carousel ads did update though. Anyone else have this problem? I didn't see a post on it. Thanks

  Same problem.  I sent them a note.  I suggest everyone does.

  Same here.

  Got the 7 views for the daily videos, but got no credits for the Watch this video get 5 View(s)! nor the Watch these videos to earn more View(s)! videos I played.

  Its been acting up for over 3 weeks now or longer . I contacted WGT about it , but they have done nothing as usual . I dont even waste my time anymore . Even contacted livegamer , and got no response as well . Sooner or later , someone will have a brain fart , and figure out that its costing them money . Then the problem will get fixed .

  hi, also have not been receiving credits after the videos. also wrote a post regarding the issue.

  1 vid worth 5 credits never has loaded for me to click to play the last few days.

  They are worth 5 VIEWs, not 5 credits.

  A view currently is worth 0.75 credits, or 3.75 credits for 5 views.
