Game Bugs? I got several.

  Ever notice that wind has no effect when you compensate for it? Don't compensate and it seems wind has power again. My meter is so glitchy that i just try to hit before or after the perfect line to compensate for wind which works great for stroke play. However, try it on "closest to the hole" and it seems as if they purpose minded made the game obstinate against you. Hit a "perfect slice" for a 11mph wind from the left and you just slice out of bounds. Ignore the same wind on the same hole with the same club next game and the wind pushes your shot . . .guess where? OUT OF BOUNDS ! IN THE ROUGH !! whatever, it just sucks raw butt. Same with backspin, use it and it dosent work, ignore it and shots stop on a dime. F-R-U-S-T-R-A-T-I-N-G !!! The program for closest to the hole is completely different from strokeplay. Stroke play programmers were at least semi honest and competent. Whoever did closest to the hole had evil intentions or was last in his grad class at ITT.

  the whole game has been ruined for me by whatever was done in the last little update (the tweaking of the avatar) the entire site has gone into run slow mode and the meter has gone mental. sticking or  flying, no idea what's gonna happen next. there's no consistency in the shots or lengths or wind effect.

  all this from a game that was perfect for me 2 days ago.

  whatever you've done WGT, please undo it.

  The hole that seems to be way off to me is nbr 10 at SA. From my tee it is 330 to the hole. Pin is the center front location. I have dinged it down the middle many many times, roll on the green just miss hitting the pin. Ball stops straight behind the flag long. Says my shot distance was 310. The putt back is 30 yrds. If my drive was 310 I should be 20 yrds in front of the pin. After seeing this so many times, I try to compensate and back off the drive when I have similar winds. Next time it is same distance to hole 330, back off some, stop way short of the green. My shot distance may say 285, distance to hole is now 45 yrds. On these scenarios you can take a straight edge from the tee to the ball. The shots went dead down the middle, look at the flight of the ball, and that would have been the perfect way to hit it. This has been like this since hitting from the Master tees. When it was 294, if your drive was 296 you had a tap in for bird.

  Oily, you just made me fool so feelish. All this time on this game and I have not once checked that. You can teach an old squirrel new tricks. Thanks a bunch. Let me go try this again.
