game not loading

  Some antivirus programs come bundled with a VPN. Might be worth checking yours to see if it does.  : )

  I downloaded the Proton VPN and was able to open the game finally last night. Today I see in our club forum that it is working again for someone. I deleted the Proton VPN program using Add/Remove in Windows and tried opening the game. It opened just fine using only my Spectrum internet connection. Hopefully it has been fixed now.

  im having the same issue, vpn works on pc. turning off wifi and using cellular data allows the game to work on phone and tablet BUT.......... we shouldnt have to do this. like everyone else, it started for me on wednesday

  I restarted my modem and router and now it works it's been out since Wednesday

  What network do you have? Seems like a lot of you are on Xfinity,

  I've got Comcast/Xfinity.  I turned off the advanced security and the game loads again for me.

  I called Spectrum tech support and had the new security feature disabled on the router. Am now granted access to WGT.

  Hey Scott, played with vpn yesterday - this afternoon it appears to be back working without vpn Cheers !!   Glad to see days reinstated also. been 10 yrs next month.
