It's the award for 100% Green in Regulation for 9 hole round. It only works for font 9's but not for back 9's. I had several 100% GIR (confirmed by both the scorecard and stats) on back 9's of different courses recently but none of them registered.
Not a high priority bug but there may be a simple fix.
