Putt from reverse view so you can more accurately watch the ball when it's close to the hole and slowing down.  That's how you learn how much affect different breaks will have.

Though you can do the same by replaying the putt from the reverse view. No doubt, the replay reverse view won't show the putting green grid and the dots.

The only thing I would add is to switch your swing to a chip in the reverse view and pull the pin for a second read on the green.  I find that you get a better read this way... I got this from watching Bullox's videos...

    gr8flbob:
The locations of the reverse aerial cameras are shown on the hole maps in the lower right of your play window.

    the Mini Maps.

This is usually where i aim my drives, then click reverse view for the camera right above me to see where my landing zone is.

    Especially useful at Olympic

You can click on any of the cameras in the Mini map to give you a variety of views, interesting to aim somehting up and then double check it with the cams and see you are about to land too close to water or bunker etc.

I rarely putt in reverse view i get confused for the slice or hook i want to apply , but I will always aim with both reverse and forward view.  At times i will select a CHIP shot on the green and view that grid in reverse also
