    Doublemochaman:

So you're saying you had no meter issues with your real swing???

Is it wrong that when I nut a drive IRL that a little sound in my head goes.....DING!?  Darn this addictive game....lol.

And I've been begging my local course greenskeeper to put grid lines on the greens.  With little moving dots.

    Fantastic :)

If I ever win Lotto ....  I want to go on a Wgt Tour. Play all the courses we have here. That would be great.

Actually it would be interesting to see what Whistler and Cabo look like in real life (if you get what I mean)....lol

    Cheers

That would be a cool golfing adventure.

I've been lucky enough to play on a number of the CTTH and stroke play courses that we have on WGT.  I'll be the first to say that they do a great job on the representations of the courses that I have been on.

My played courses of the WGT tracts to date are..........

    Kiawah - The Ocean Course

    Saint Andrews

    Beth Page Black

    Congressional

Also played Harbour Town, Tahoe, Wolfe Creek on the CTTH

you don't need lotto to play Bethpage Black actually...it is only $130 for 18 holes, there are no carts so you have to walk (you experience the whole course)...people there are very nice, there are 5 courses so you can spend more than a day there, you don't have a 10 min. wait on every tee like at a local muni, and IT'S NEW YORK! Could do a mini vacation there... but seeing that you're from Australia (half way across the globe) it would be tougher than for me...but if you end up in the area you can just walk in 3:00 am and get a ticket and play by 8...

Waking up at 1AM and being in the parking lot at 3AM does not put me in a good mood to play golf.  There must be a better system...

You can also sleep in the car (what I did) or if you're a single get there at around 5-5:30...but if you have a 4some get there the night before around 6 pm sleep in the car and u will be fine...

but what most of the people the day I played did was just show up in the parking lot between 3 and 4, sleep an hour in the car, and get their bakery tickets to put them in line to get their playing tickets...
