  Your computer might be set up to run a Defragment as most are or have the option to set up a regular weekly run .

  am hing same problems for a week have cleared cache  falsh and an disc defragment  still gettiong samrproblm  need help  WGT doesntrespond

  That is true, they don't give a squat. Some WGTsomebody will come on an say clear cache,blah, blah ,blah. It's never on THEIR end, I have run defrag, system restore, clear cache, run a speed test, & changed browsers----none of that worked. Maybe my time on WGT is done.

  have done all you have done  and still no results.  doesnt WGT care to respond tp long time users?

  have run defrag  clear cache    etc   nothing saolves problem   My computer defrags  also  automatically

  Hello I had that problem also for a few days, than i thought lets try via my VPN via another country and yes problem solved.

  So the problem needs to be at WGT .
