Is anyone else having this problem today??  I've been shut out all day and followed the directions re: emptying cache, etc.

This error could be from many possible places. If you haven't cleared your flash cache I recommend that. If you haven't tried a new browser, give that a shot (tell us all browsers you have used). Let us know your findings and we will pick it up from there :)

Well I did a software update (needed) tried both Firefox, Safari, attempted to remove the cache but OS Lion would not allow that.  I am at a loss now, have 2 holes left and continue to get the error message.  Perhaps I should just withdraw from the tournament???

Having loading issues too but has just been in past couple of weeks. Have cleared history, cache, flash player but still having problems with loading error messages on WGT. Only use the Commodo browser for WGT.  Help??

Figures I got no answer to this. If "--its YOUR cache, or clear YOUR cookies, YOUR computer, or YOUR provider ---"doesn't answer your question---then they ignore you and hope you go away because it's on WGT's end and they can't or won't fix it.
