It's not fella.. It is a shame we can't have emoticons (as much as I hate them they can show some emotion). I was trying to pop smileys everywhere to combat this.
You just can't see someones face and therefore IMHO every sentence can be taken two ways, depending on how the recipient takes it.

Paul scholes comes right off the top of my head as a great example. There are loads more and the reason you probably can't think of many is that they are out of mainstream media as much as they can be.
