PRECISELY, how come some people are so dumb

Every 15º of latitude represents 1 hour of time, there are 360º if u go round the world, so divide 360 by 24, thats why it takes 1 hour to fly to Paris from London and u arrive at the same time u took off.

lol flew n.y to lon.. saw sun come up and go down again...

Here is a neat little program that does it all from Afreet Software, Inc. that I use for my Amateur Radio hobby. And free too. Just follow the steps on set up. You basically drag a red sticky pin to your home (QTH) and it does the rest. I like the grey scale of it showing night and day throughout the world.

Have a safe & peaceful holiday! It's called DX Atlas   just google it   by: Alex Shovkoplyas, VE3NEA

Full version is free for 30 days, afterwards you pay. But the free version is enough for just UTC time calculations. Full version opens up other areas related to Amateur radio.
