The "Day" as WGT sees it?

  I live in the USA eastern time zone. My day starts at 12:00 midnight and goes to 11:59 PM that evening.  Why does WGT insist that my day starts somewhere around 5:00PM and runs for 24 hours from there?  My day is the usual EST day not some cocked up oh he played at 5:15 pm so his day starts then and runs for 24 hours. OOOPs he started playing at 1:00AM now his day is from then.  Frustrating enough to stop playing!!

  WGT's day is based on the time zone in California which is where their headquarters are. Every where else has to adjust for the time difference. If you think you have it hard in the eastern time zone of the US try adjusting for the time difference in Western Australia where I live.18 hour difference which means the day ends at 8am next morning. California is that much behind  Means I can finish a round before breakfast if I wish[

  I simplify it this way.

  The internet is the yellow brick road and Kansas is Our different time zones. The land of Oz (WGT) is our destination, which is of course in their time zone. We all have to adjust for that time zone accordingly.

  Not strictly true.  It goes like this...

  It is UTC time zone... except when the clocks move, because USA move a week later and so everything gets screwed up.

  And then for videos there is a different time zone, and I believe it is PST as my videos renew at 8am UK time.  But again, around the time the clocks change everything gets screwed up again.

  Best of luck trying to get Pizza to explain that one!!  I think you have more chance of... ah!  what the hell!

  Every 15º of latitude represents 1 hour of time, there are 360º if u go round the world, so divide 360 by 24, thats why it takes 1 hour to fly to Paris from London and u arrive at the same time u took off.
