C'mon, seriously? Even zooming in it's in the heart.

No it was not in the heart. It was on the edge and was just hit too hard. You can see it catch the edge and lip out. A little less speed and it breaks more and is in. Camera 1 gives the best view of it being on the edge not in the center. Camera 2 looks in but it is not a good angle but even camera 2 shows the ball going way too fast to fall.

Looks to me like the putt was to fast.

All anyone can say for sure is there is definitely a difference in the distance shown between the ball and the cup in camera 1 and the distance between the ball and the cup shown in camera 2.  Either the cup is mapped wrong onto a background or the ball is mapped wrong onto a background.  And without knowing whether the OP uses the miss the ding technique or the move the aimer and ding it technique we can't say it was too fast because we can't see where it was aimed or if the ding was missed.

Another example where having all the details shown in a replay would help all of us understand just what happened.

Good point. To be fair, I can see the ball track outside the hole and deviate slightly on view #1. On view #2, which was my selected view hitting the putt, I was already giving myself a slap on the back for making it when it was a couple of feet from the hole, only to see it run right over it.

I've been playing this game quite a while and have had my share of "how did that miss?" putts and approaches. I guess the simple answer is that in some instances the shot you see is not quite what the shot actually is, due to minor mapping inconsistencies. That, obviously, creates those frustrating moments when you figure out the shot correctly, execute it to the letter and come out with the wrong result.

    Nothing's perfect, I guess.

Bobby...maybe just a bit fast...but, stil looked like a rob job.  It may make you feel a bit better if you watch this one.
