    Twice now I have completed surveys and right as it is redirecting me I get the "Sorry blahblah blah" message.

    If I spend 20-30 minutes completing the survey I'd like my credits, but if you click on support they ask for an email which I didn't get so I'm screwed.

    Lots of fun...

    You are not alone. Some you win some you lose.

    I now take a screen shot for every step to record that I've completed it. Then I can send proof to support so i can get the credits.
